Postponement FAQ

WE HAVE PROVIDED THE MOST PRESSING ANSWERS TO THE MOST OBVIOUS QUESTIONS HERE. THERE WILL BE MORE INFORMATION AS AND WHEN WE HAVE IT SO PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYE ON THIS PAGE FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION.

WHICH CONCERT DATE WILL BE ALLOCATED TO MY SCHOOL

We will automatically swap your date. However, if the new date is not suitable then we will be letting you know just how you can inform us of any requested changes.

TICKETS

Tickets will automatically be transferred to your new concert date. Details on how this process will work will be explained in the new year

T-SHIRTS

All merchandise orders will be transferred and remain valid for these new dates. Orders will continue to be dispatched upon payment after the Christmas break.

CHOIR NUMBERS

We will not amend your existing choir numbers unless otherwise informed. A record of your submitted numbers can be found on your online teacher centre account, under the ‘Choir check-in’ option. We have noticed an error on the system showing the original not the confirmed choir number. We are working to fix this.
